They are really good at correcting the mistakes of another location.( Jensen and collingsworth ) They actually have employees that work at the Almeda location and sincerely try to help you . They talk to you civilized and patiently even in times of chaos & stress. They helped me complete my change of address form & explained the change of address form will not go through unless you verify with an ID. So my mail has been not coming to my new address. The last lady at the other location on JENSEN has terrible communication verbally and non verbally. This lady we dealt with today named Natasha Woods is very highly skilled with great communication skills , top tier worker, eager to get the job done & happy to help you. Its a reflection of night and day . Clearly the demographics of the area are completely different but the workers should all remain as professional as this young lady. We need more people who are cheerful to help the customer. I spoke with Mr. CROSBY and he calmed me down from spazzing out today. The post office changes their policy like people change their underwear often & randomly. With that being said no one told the public that the policy now is to bring yourself and them clean drawls down with a valid ID and yes tribal ID is accepted as it should be. They did have to extra verify only because its tribal identification & weren't familiar with it. But the part that should be changed is that weak recording while your on hold saying all you need to do is come in and fill out the change of address form when in reality there is more steps to it than merely that. I felt a little played waiting on mail and it wasn't coming. I admit I didnt open that letter they sent to me because for the last 45 years they never made you go down with your ID. So this should be more openly discussed with customers and more signage to tell people they need an ID to move their mailing address. This could effect lots of people who are already suffering tragedies. Unknowingly it could cost single mothers child support payments , elderly citizens SSI checks , unemployment information, time sensitive documents such as court papers , utility bills & even soon to be expired coupons. I think that part is completely a train wreck but the fact these 2 workers know how to handle it is amazing. They have the hardest job ever to deal with the questions about the quietly changing policies. Some of us are loud and impatient but they have have the best location right here to calm all that down. I appreciate it so much & pray they hire more people just like this. I never thought id find a post office I actually like going into but this one is clean and the lines are not long . I left so much happier than when I came into the location. And yes im going to update my review about the last location because its about time they make a serious change over there.

Let me explain the process how your packages are lost. When they have a package, they do not deliver it to the Amazon hub or similar package room. They would stand in front of the mail box exclusively for letters, having no idea how to make the package fit in the mail box, and then left a redeliver form, without further delivery attempts. They do not even deserve the low salary/holiday presents.
