Why do USPS mail offices even exist if their business model punishes anything but delivering spam and amazon packages? Might as well go to the UPS stores where the service is faster if I'm getting charged premium rates for standard service.

Approach and parking aren't too bad, and it's easy to get back to Richmond. There's a chicken and egg problem with angry customers and indifferent employees at POs sometimes, but they seem patient here. This location is fine, but the tracking and shipping tools the USPS has are antiquated and suffer a lot of down time, which sucks. TL;DR: This is the best post office in the neighborhood and you best shot for escaping with your sanity if you need to mail a package.
