The most useless people work in this establishment. You’re telling me I had a passport appointment and once I got there the lady told me “oh all passport appointments are canceled today but there was no one here to have let yall know”. So damn useless and despicable especially the lady at the front desk just horrible service. They should shut this down.

Today I went in to drop off a package. No service would have been needed, just a drop off. The door into the lobby was unlocked but the glass door for services was locked at 12:30pm. There were people in the back and there was a lady that would come to the counter to do something but wouldn’t look up or acknowledge anyone outside in the lobby. They didn’t even have the courtesy to post a sign saying they were taking a lunch or going to be closed until 5pm. They should have been open and were just hanging out in the back. I live near this post office and only use it out of necessity. It’s terrible almost every time. People were knocking on the door and ringing the bell attached to the other door. No answer, no acknowledgement, no service. I left work to drop off this package. There was a sign posted on the door reminding me to be prepared and know their holidays, but I guess it doesn’t matter. They take a “holiday” whenever they feel like it. What a disaster this place is for the most part. Every once in a while, someone in there has a good day but not often.

USPS, much like the DMV, is never an exciting place to be, but the clerks have always been knowledgeable and helpful. This location always seems to be running on low staff, and I got caught up in the Friday before close rush to get a money order made, and Gwen - the only available clerk, stayed late, ensuring everyone was taken care of. I know this is a thankless job that’s often met with projected frustration, but the staff has always been great at helping get me what I need (and not overspend unnecessarily). Appreciate our government workers! They are doing their best 🫶🫶

Horrible customer experience. The cashier lady was throwing the packages to the cart with a thud. Super weird vibe. Talking super fast and super angry. The poor supervisor lady was trying to be nice.

Today I had my passport appointment and Nikkita helped me. She's very sweet and helped me a lot with the whole process. I was worried because of the bad reviews, but I had the best experience today, so I give this place all the stars in the world.
