I am really upset with this location, yesterday Monday I had an appointment for passport services for my 2 kids. I arrived 30 minutes early, come to find out that all passport appointments were canceled, due to low personal. They failed to send a notification of cancelation, and its a real hassle when I missed work and kids missed school as well. I wanted to talk to the person in charge, i rang the bell on the door for complaints and you can hear footsteps on the other side but no one would answer. It is really unprofessional to have people working in these places that do not care about customers. I

I do everything I can to avoid this place and specifically one of the rudest people I have encountered. I have been three times 5 minutes before 5 to drop prepaid packages. I just need a receipt printed which takes 30 seconds max. This time there was no line. The attendant's greeting was "We close at 5" with a scowl on her face. I said "Great! We still have plenty of time. I just need a receipt please." She repeated disdainfully that they close at five and when she looked at my packages told me I couldn't come to this location and had to go to a different one that I am zoned to. She grabbed them from me anyway and ordered me around rudely, then had the audacity to tell me to have a. nice day in the most sarcastic tone ever. The irony was I was having a fine day, until she ruined my mood completely. Her ugliness comes from her core. All I could do was walk away and hope that I never have to come back. I prayed for her on my way home, cause I can only imagine that someone who needs to be so rude to people is wildly unhappy and lost. Stay away unless you are a glutton for punishment.

There’s a courier here who is clearly lying about attempting to deliver packages. I have been tracking my package for a week now and every night they say “no access to delivery location”. I have cameras and a call button at my apartment complex and it’s obvious and I have proof that there have been NO attempts. I’ve never even had USPS need access to deliver any other package into our mailroom either. They keep rescanning the package so I’m unable to file a formal complaint through USPS online. The 1-800 number is just a ridiculous AI voice that won’t transfer you to a real person and when you go in person they don’t care to try to help. You should know WHERE packages are and WHAT courier is on the route. Whoever the carrier is that’s refusing to actually deliver my package truly needs to be reprimanded accordingly.
