Went 2 years ago and they were very rude when it came to my passport appointment and assumed I was not prepared with a photo because I didn’t answer their call the day prior. I was at work and couldn’t answer but I heard their voicemail letting me know they didn’t have a camera. I went again this year for my youngest son’s passport and they were very nice, welcoming, and helpful. I did notice that at the end of the transaction the kiosk does ask you to rate your experience with either a smiley or sad face.
