If I could leave zero stars I would. I have had packages marked as delivered on 3 occasions that were put in someone else's mailbox or the parcel locker key placed in a mailbox that was not mine. Which means my packages were never received. Going online and filing missing mail does nothing because all they say is it is marked as delivered and the matter goes nowhere. Gifts I've purchased just gone. And when you file a claim for insured mail they deny it because it was marked as delivered even though it was never delivered to the correct mailbox.

Please pick another location. Camera for passport didn’t work so we were sent next door to get our photos. Worker denied one of the photos we took and sent us back next door. Within that time she went on a “15” min break. We then came back to this location 10 mins later and had to wait 45 mins for the worker to return from her “15” min break.

TERRIBLE MAIL DELIVERY!! I received 3 letters on Tuesday, January 20th (2 were from a bank). I immediately put them all back out so the mail carrier could pick them up the next day, Wednesday 21st, but it wasn't picked up on the 21st or the 22nd. So at 2:45pm Friday the 23rd I got in my car and personally took all the letters to the Granville post office on Maxey Rd. By then I was really upset because if I'm receiving other people's mail, that means my mail may be delivered to someone else who may not be honorable, open my mail, and steal my identity. This is totally unacceptable and the level of incompetence and indifference must be reported to the Postmaster General. We have seen stamp prices continue to rise while the service has gone from BAD to WORST!! Shameful!
