Terrible service. The line was extremely long and only one person was working. They move very slowly and take their sweet time while customers are left waiting forever. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

I went with my mom to help her get her passport, and we were assisted by Justice. I had to make sure to write a review because she truly provided outstanding customer service. Justice was kind, patient, attentive, and service-oriented throughout the entire process. She made what could have been a stressful appointment feel easy and pleasant. I wish every USPS worker displayed the same level of care and attentiveness that she did.
