- IJIan JaegerJun 18, 20255.0Ok, usually post offices get a deservedly bad rep. But today I walked up to the counter and a very nice woman knew exactly what I needed (apparently consulate envelopes are common here.). She was friendly and efficient. I applaud both! Job well done.
- KFKarla FJun 9, 20251.0The WORST USPS ever! The workers there are rude and dismissive. If you don’t like your job, quit! I’ve never had a positive interaction there in the 3 years since I moved to the area. I hate coming here and I always want to think “Hey maybe the workers were just having an off day” but, nope. They also claim they DO NOT PRINT LABELS, when the return instructions say that if I go with my label broker code USPS will “gladly” print it out for me. Nope. That’s also on top of the fact that they close early when they damn well please. I’ve had the older woman who workers there tell me she can’t help me because it’s closing time, when it was literally a little more than an hour before the listed operating hours. I always end up going to a nearby FedEx and they always 1) treat me kindly and 2) mention how they always hear how miserably awful the USPS workers are.
