    I ask for the name of the post office worker and he told me David but you can call me daddy (older white guy with gray hair and beard). When the rating of customer service came on the screen he rushed and pressed the green smiley face. He also pressed print for my receipt when I want it to be emailed as well.

    There is something seriously going on at this location I went in and did a change of address last year in August...it is now January of the new year and still no mail I've contacted everyone I was supposed to regarding missing mail and nothing has been done my credit cards have come up missing at the location you never receive them and to see other people have a are going through the same thing we need The FBI to come out and investigate what is going on at this post office I'm in the process of trying to start this action and I hoping others join in with me!

    Today is Saturday, 12/6. I was expecting a package today that I ordered on my Amazon Business Prime account, but the driver at Foster Place did not attempt to contact me about issues at the gate. I have been waiting all day for this order and urgently need it for an event we have tomorrow. I called the UPS customer service line and asked if the driver could come back. I instead received an anonymous call from Foster Place stating that they do not make any attempts to call the customer and that I could pick up the package on Monday at their office. You are a third-party delivery courier. I did not place an order for pickup at your place. Terrible, terrible service! I receive packages almost every other day, including today. If anyone has ever encountered issues at the gate, they are at least courteous to make a real effort to deliver the items by trying to communicate with me. You marked my Amazon account as having attempted delivery. You did not attempt, and I did not appreciate the message that was left after the fact.

    The customer service needs to be addressed here. The African American woman is very rude, unprofessional and her customer service to women especially is distasteful. I wish I did not have to ever go into this location, but my mail comes out of this office. Not only that why I am ringing a bell to get service when their job is to be at the counter. I literally had to ring the bell and still was told to wait had another customer not told me about a bell I would have still be waiting there. I ask question and her need to not answer or say she do not know is insane to me. It makes me boil with rage every time I have to deal with her at the desk. Something needs to be done.
