This was the first time in my life I had a positive experience at a USPS. The place was very busy and the line was very long so I assumed it was going to be a rough visit. But the woman working the counter was phenomenal (mind you she was working all by herself too). She treated every guest with the utmost respect and kindness and kept the line moving very professionally. Going to the post office usually puts a damper on my day, but this woman actually had me leaving with a big smile!
