- TBTM Bethea5 days ago1.0Used to love this location!! The ladies inside were so helpful and quick. For the last few months, there has been a Hispanic lady, on the heavier side, working in there and my husband and I have both watched her talk rudely with customers because they do not have a box for their Amazon return. She then also got really nasty with my husband once when I was not there, because his amazon return wasn’t taped shut. Now mind you, Amazon states that you DON’T EVEN NEED A BOX or TO PACK YOUR ITEM UP when dropping at a UPS location!!! I’ll attach the proof. I mean why would Amazon customers just come in with half packed boxes or items with no box, with no intent to purchase one??? Next time she gets out of line, hopefully someone will put her calmly in her place. Many people are out of work and would probably love her position. Doesn’t look too hard at all. Hopefully management will train their employees better at this location. Or simply put a sign on the door that reads “ WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY AMAZON RETURNS. PLEASE TRY ANOTHER LOCATION THAT IS WILLING TO ACTUALLY WORK AND REPACKAGE THE AMAZON ITEMS AS WE ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH AMAZON TO DO. “ thnx management ♥️

They always have long wait times, the workers are completely incompetent and even though they improved for a short while and I foolishly supported this location again - issues continuously resurface. I recommend going to a different UPS even is you have to drive further. Most recently, they returned a package to my home that was a return to a retail entity and after acknowledging their mistake, still expected me to pay for an additional label. HORRIBLE

- DHDj HoggJan 30, 20265.0First of all, everyone needs to understand that this is an extremely and I mean that extremely busy store, they are quite frankly, the busiest UPS store I’ve ever seen. That being said they do an outstanding job with the amount of volume that they receive. There is not one hour in the day that they’re not busy so, you should keep that in mind, but if you want a professional UPS store, this is the one to go to. Kudos to the staff!
