I didn't want to spend so much time writing a review but after a rude response from the store manager, I will detail exactly what happened to make him happy. I arrived at the store with 6 packages with pre printed labels just to drop them off. 2 of the labels fell off the package so I asked the person at the cashier if I could borrow 2 small pieces of tape to re stick those 2 labels. Instead of offering a good customer service and provide me with those 2 pieces of tape, she immediately said you have to buy a tape, we won't help you with that. It's 2 pieces of tape, instead of trying to squeeze customers out of a couple bucks, you could help them and get a nice 5 star review instead of a complaint, as many below me have also felt, it is clear this is a common thing at that store. I ended up heading to the store a couple blocks away at Westheimer and they were able to give me 2 pieces of tape and make me a happy customer, unlike this store.

Once it all piled up I brought in like 5 different things that all had different needs and I knew it was going to take a while to sort it all out. Stephanie was immediately kind and helpful with a fantastic attitude that immediately put me at ease. We made it through super quickly and I will definitely come back to ship here again!
