⚠️ WARNING: Do NOT use your card at this UPS Store! ⚠️ I want to warn others about a serious billing issue and poor customer treatment at The UPS Store #0566. On September 23, 2025, I paid $26.83 for shipping a package. However, I later discovered that my card had been charged $618 — an unauthorized difference of $590. When I noticed the discrepancy, I called the store on September 25, 2025 to ask about the charge. The same employee who handled my transaction answered the phone. When I explained that my card was charged $618 instead of $26, he became hostile, yelled at me, and accused me of lying. I ended the call and contacted the UPS Store on Shadow Creek, but they informed me that they couldn’t access my information because it was from a different location. I then called Store #0566 again and spoke with the same employee, who told me to bring my receipt or tracking number on Monday, September 29, and said he would credit my account. However, when I went to the store on September 29, he again became confrontational, raised his voice, and refused to help. No refund or resolution was provided. I reported the issue to UPS Corporate, and after their investigation, the store owner called me on October 29, 2025, admitting that he had “accidentally” charged me for two years of mailbox rental fees instead of shipping a package. He said he would refund me. Later in the same conversation, he changed his story and said he would “wait two days to see if anything shows up in the mail.” Despite this, the owner emailed Corporate claiming the refund was issued and the issue was resolved. Corporate called me the next day to confirm, but as of November 12, 2025, no refund or resolution has been provided. This entire experience has been extremely distressing and raises serious concerns about possible fraudulent activity and dishonest business practices at this location. I have since filed complaints with: My credit card company The Texas Attorney General’s Office And a police report Until this matter is properly addressed, I strongly urge other customers: 🚫 Do NOT use your debit or credit card at this store. 💵 If you must ship here, pay with cash or visit a different UPS Store instead.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would! I had a return that was NO BOX OR LABEL NEEDED and the associates told me that the term “original condition” means that I have to return the package in the original (shipping) box it was received in. UPS needs to either be clearer on their labels/instructions for returns or train staff better.

Absolutely horrible and bad service! The lady was trying to help me with an item I had no box with since it was delivered with no box. Then the man came out from back in an extremely rude tone talking to me like i was stupid and then says they can mail my return but I have to pay $45 for them to package it . This place is right by my place. Will definitely not come back .

This place is great! They are always polite and never a wait. I buy a lot of things on Amazon so naturally I'm returning things in the process there is simple and fast. If you live in the area I recommend you doing your returns to Amazon at this location.

This place is insane I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect ever I had a qr code for a return at nike and i was asking the worker for clarification and he threw the tape on the floor and kept calling me little boy and told me he has lawyers the man was african american bald and extremely disrespectful i asked for his name and he threw my package in the floor and started screaming at me saying ive been here for 15 years don’t tell me how to do my job I am truly astonished I have never in my life received such disrespect he then proceeded to tell me to never come here again after making me pay 3$ for tape I am outright shocked I don’t know if this man has a mental illness or something but I am genuinely shocked by this behavior it cannot be allowed.
