  If I could leave no stars I would. I was missing a little tape on the top according to them. My fault! But trying to charge me $5 bucks for a small piece of tape that’s laughable. Close this store down!!

  I have never been asked at an ups to pay for tape something up for an amazon return. 3 dollars is overkill for tape. I was willing to pay if it was a dollar or a few cents. 3 dollars is what you pay for a whole tape. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I understand charging for service but price it better.

  This store is THE WORST! Absolutely abysmal customer service, primarily from the man I see mentioned in other comments. Zero courtesy, rude and completely unhelpful. I have also experienced discrepancies in attempting to return something requiring no packaging per the instructions provided and then the return being refused unless I paid $3 for tape. This has happened to me on a number of occasions and the issue seriously needs to be addressed. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

  I visited this UPS location today and had an unpleasant experience. The owner became upset because one of my packages wasn’t sealed yet. I needed to keep it open temporarily to identify the contents and print the label — something I honestly forgot to do this time. This has only happened once in the past year, but I felt I was treated harshly and spoken to as if I were a problem rather than a customer. I understand this may be a common issue they encounter, but I would have appreciated a more respectful and professional interaction. Additionally, the overall professionalism of the environment was concerning. Employees were dressed in what appeared to be very casual attire (such as socks with sandals or clothing that looked more like at-home wear), which did not reflect a professional business setting. The space itself is also very cramped — it often feels difficult for customers and staff to move around while handling packages. A larger or better-organized layout would greatly improve the experience. Additionally, the overall professionalism of the environment was concerning.
