  WORST SERVICE EVER, RUDE , DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PACKAGES THEY DONT TAKE THEIR TIME TO LOOK WILL SHOVE YOU AWAY EVEN IF THEY DO HAVE YOUR PACKAGE! LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT ONE. SERIOUSLY!

  This location has a consistent issue with staff attitude, and it’s not limited to just one employee. I’ve visited multiple times and interacted with different staff members, and the same behavior repeats. I started using this UPS store a few months ago after moving to the area. I’ve been to many other UPS locations before, and I don’t think I’ve ever experienced customer service like this. When you walk in, there’s no greeting—no “hello,” no smile, no acknowledgment at all. When returning packages, the attitude gets worse. If you have more than one or two items, they make you feel as if you’re doing something wrong. The tone and body language are uncomfortable, and it genuinely makes you not want to come back. At other UPS locations, staff are polite, welcoming, and thankful for your business. They greet you, help you without judgment, and say goodbye. That basic level of professionalism is completely missing here. This is disappointing and not what I expect from a UPS store.

  Mi experiencia no fue agradable , lleve un celular nuevo y cargador nuevo iPhone 17 se lo entregue a una de las mujeres que ahí trabaja , lo envie de aquí Houston a California era un regalo especial para mí nieto y nunca llegó , el conductor dice que lo dejo pero fue mentira no llego nada y desde el 8 de noviembre que fui a esta tienda hasta hoy 30 de diciembre no me han respondido por este envío , que triste fue esto evento que viví porque fueron 1000 mil dólares invertidos ahí , espero en Dios aque me respondan por mi envio

  What can Brown do for you? Nothing. Don’t use them. If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid $100 and used UPS Next Day Overnight for safety and priiority to ship critical legal documents—documents that took over a year to obtain through government agencies. UPS lost the shipment and has shown little urgency or accountability in resolving it. I called UPS customer service. CSR says call claims. Claims says its in transit. 5 days later for an overnight package - these guys are playing games and it's still not delivered. The loss represents over $15,000 in damages and wasted time. This is not a store-level issue; it reflects systemic failures across the entire UPS organization. Next time, use FedEx—or hand-deliver it yourself.

  No guaranteed notary onsite. Went in around 11 and other employee said he would be back at 1 came back at 1 other female employee says he steps in and out and got on her phone so the same guy that helped earlier said his only guarantee time would be maybe 4pm.
