But today, I want to shift the focus and talk about the customers. Some of you truly need to take a step back and reflect. The level of inconsideration, impatience and entitlement I’ve witnessed is beyond disappointing. Today, a kind and hardworking UPS employee was assaulted, not because she did anything wrong, but because she did everything right. She was helping a customer with patience and professionalism when another customer, clearly having a bad day, became angry. This individual accused the employee of helping the other customer “because he’s Black and she’s Black.” That statement alone is disgusting. But it didn’t stop there, the customer escalated and threw something at the employee. Let me be clear, this behavior is unacceptable on every level. I’m genuinely proud of the employee for remaining calm, professional, and collected during such a hateful encounter. And I fully support her decision to press charges. As she should. No one deserves to be treated that way for simply doing their job. To everyone reading this, please remember: without UPS and its employees, we wouldn’t have the convenience of returns, deliveries, or the everyday services we take for granted. Show gratitude. Show respect. To the UPS workers who continue to show grace and professionalism under pressure, thank you. You are seen, appreciated, and valued.
- JHJorge HiguerosOct 24, 20251.0I don't recommend sending packages with this store the lost a simple envelope that I sent to a customer of mine with labels that my customer needed, they just say sorry it got lost, we will process your money back in about 2 to 3 weeks, and the address was here in TX, 30 minutes drive I've should have done it myself but I had to much trust in UPS, BAD SERVICE, a very simple envelope. Don't waste your time and money.
