We use another UPS for our mail delivery for the office, but it has about a 1/10th as much traffic. The busy times at this store are Monday mornings and Friday afternoon, so I try to avoid those times. Otherwise, it is usually convenient.

I had a package delivered through UPS (tracking number confirmed) and on the date of delivery it said “delivered to customer.” It had been dropped outside of my apartment building DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Not handed to anyone or put in a mailbox. Another resident found it outside to give it to the office, and it had been sliced open and all contents stolen. I tried to file a claim online and the website wouldn’t let me so I went to this store in person to get help. The manager assured me he would take care of it—this was $75 worth of products stolen due to their carelessness. I gave them the torn package, my apartment management has emails to me confirming this is what happened, and they had all my contact information. 2 weeks later I call to get an update after hearing NOTHING back. The manager said “oh I tried to call. It was USPS not us.” Except 1. I have no voicemails or missed calls from them in my records, and 2. The UPS tracking does not state at ANY time it was transferred to USPS. So I lost $75 due to their carelessness and the website still won’t file a claim for me. Incompetent liars all around.
