Shorter young girl with black hair and glasses. Amazing customer service, super knowledgeable in every aspect of her job, and was multitasking with ease! Had an answer for everyone before me in line and was moving at a great pace. Need more people like this in postal service!

My family member had packages in a stroller. The male employee saw her struggling (25 feet away from the door), and said I’m going to go and lock that door. Rather than help, while the store was still open, that’s what you can expect. I stated directly it was my family member, and he scuttled off in the back. I couldn’t open the door because I was returning a package and crutches and a post-op boot. Rude. Dismissive. Zero service. Avoid unless absolutely necessary. 0/10
