From the moment I arrived, I asked for help several times, and I was standing right in front of the staff, but no one assisted me. They just told me to follow the screen, and the machine wasn’t scanning. There were moments when they had no customers, and still, nobody helped. I called out to César, and only then he came over, but he still had to call someone else to know what to do. I give 0 stars because I drove 40 minutes, wasted my time, and nobody was actually willing to help. If UPS isn’t willing to assist properly, they shouldn’t have those fingerprint machines there wasting people’s time.
