Vic and Jay are rude and disrespectful and do not understand customer service. I justwanted to send a package and they couldn't do that correctly, it came back to me when it was supposed to arrive where I intended it. Total waste of time and to be treated poorly reflects poorly on the store and training. Do the public a favor a train your staff!
