UPS delivered a package to my house three days before Christmas. Great....Except we are the wrong house. The address had the wrong city and Zip. We weren't the same street name either. So I took the package to this UPS Store. I informed. them of the mistake. I asked them if they could get it to him. They told me they could put it back in the mail. I asked them to change the city and Zip. They said that they couldn't. They were not the shipper.
Long story very short...I had to pay $18 to have this man's package sent to him before Christmas.
The woman said, "I don't know why you are mad at me..." Well, I'll answer that question. I also am a small business owner. I try to make things right if at all possible. You can help out. You are choosing not to. That is very poor business in my book.
Just do the right thing every once in a while; even if it might be a bit inconvenient to you.
Your actions are basically telling me and others like me, "Don't try to make things right. You'll pay for it. Next time, just keep the package that doesn't belong to you." GREAT MESSAGE TO BE SPREADING THESE DAYS.

This store is amazing. Fast service, fast delivery dates, cheapest rates I've found, friendly folks who helped me pack my boxes and most of the addresses I was mailing to were already in the system. Go here!

These folks absolutely rock. Truly the finest UPS Store in town—dare I say, the crown jewel of West U. I consider myself profoundly fortunate (borderline blessed) to have such packaging and shipping excellence just around the corner. Five stars, a standing ovation, and maybe even a polite curtsy.

I called in on Black Friday needing to confirm that the courier was able to successfully return a package because 2 of the 3 items didn’t show that the return was completed.
