We weren't the same street name either. So I took the package to this UPS Store. I informed. them of the mistake. I asked them if they could get it to him. They told me they could put it back in the mail. I asked them to change the city and Zip. They said that they couldn't. They were not the shipper. Long story very short...I had to pay $18 to have this man's package sent to him before Christmas. The woman said, "I don't know why you are mad at me..." Well, I'll answer that question. I also am a small business owner. I try to make things right if at all possible. You can help out. You are choosing not to. That is very poor business in my book. Just do the right thing every once in a while; even if it might be a bit inconvenient to you. Your actions are basically telling me and others like me, "Don't try to make things right. You'll pay for it. Next time, just keep the package that doesn't belong to you." GREAT MESSAGE TO BE SPREADING THESE DAYS.
