  The staff at this UPS are truly excellent. They were kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me print some materials last Friday. I felt welcome and like they genuinely wanted to help me and for my process to go smoothly, which is really uncommon nowadays. If you need something they can do, I highly recommend this location.

  The staff here were amazing, I’d like to give a massive shoutout to Nadeem especially as he was able to help me in a crisis when I needed 150 labels printed ASAP. I had gone to FedEx, office depot and they were not able to do it, Nadeem really saved the day and made my conference happen

  I really don't like when I have to post negative reviews but oh well. I called the store 3 times and no one answered the phone. So on my lunch break I walked over to the store take a passport photo. When I arrived there were 3 other patrons in the store. The 1st one was doing self service and the was being helped by the man at the counter. The last guy was on the computer so all that to say not very busy. It was a 9 minute walk and sure alot can take place in 9 minutes but surely answering the phone should be apart of the job. I get to the store after waiting my turn only for him to say the camera is broken. If you would have answered the phone I wouldn't have walked over there. Ugh
