When I asked if they could print it — as they have done many times before in the same location — the employee informed me there would be a $2 charge for printing. This is completely unreasonable. I have returned multiple Amazon packages at this same store in the past, and they always printed and shipped the label without any issue or additional cost. It’s disappointing to see this location deteriorate in both service quality and customer care. Just the day before, I completed a similar Amazon return at another UPS Store under identical circumstances — they printed, attached, and shipped the label efficiently and at no cost. That’s what good customer service looks like. Unfortunately, this location seems to have lost that standard. Charging for something that has always been part of the service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on UPS Store management.
