Two gentlemen stood there staring at me and refused to help. One man finally came up to me and asked what I needed after I stared them down and cleared my throat multiple times. Had I got proper service, my time there would’ve been less than ten seconds, no exaggeration. Condescending, unprofessional, incompetent.
