    This is my second bad experience with this UPS franchise location. First, the staff is extremely short and rude to customers. They nickle and dime you where they can. I Tried to send a tiny package to be delivered within Texas and the cheapest rate was $27.45. Added a picture for size reference of my package. Also tried to send an Amazon return and was told it needed to be in special packaging due to the “ground shipping”. They’re slippers! And in the packaging that Amazon sent them in. This was a last visit for me at this location. Brace yourself for short mannered staff and ridiculous shipping prices.

    This ups is the worst I had a package delivered here because my address is new and ups wouldn’t deliver to my home. The package wasn’t checked in until 5:45 they close at 6. I came the next day and was told it would be a holding fee to get my package. However I later found out the package was delivered there at 1pm and no one marked it as received. The girl working the front desk is rude and has a disgusting attitude.

    Huge warning. Guys working there force customers with returns to buy their boxes at upscale 20$ range prices, even if the package is correctly put together. Happend to me twice in a row, another ups place in town had zero issues with similar packaging. Basically scammed me out of 40ish usd banking on me dropping the packages late and no time to drive elsewhere. Avoid avoid avoid
