I brought in two boxes, and explained that I had two more plastic cases to ship. The gentleman behind the counter looked out the window and saw them on my truck and told me “No problem. Bring them in.” No one helped me, which is fine, but when I brought them in the lady behind the counter told me they couldn’t accept them – which is odd, as I send similar cases at least a dozen times a year. Some larger than these (48”x16”x16”). I was instructed to bring them to the UPS hub in north Houston, 30 minutes away. When I got to that hub, there was a sign on the door saying they closed well over a year ago. I finally took my packages to another UPS store to have them shipped.

Throughout the delivery process, I was always informed through the website, and whenever I called, they answered all my questions and helped me solve an issue. From beginning to end, UPS has truly been the best — caring, professional, and always willing to help.
