  Sending a package to my 5-year-old son in Mexico was something very special to me, but I had no idea how to send something internationally. When I went to the UPS office, the staff was incredibly kind and patient. They took the time to explain every step and made sure everything was done correctly. They even made me feel like an amazing mom for wanting to send something to my little boy! Throughout the delivery process, I was always informed through the website, and whenever I called, they answered all my questions and helped me solve an issue. From beginning to end, UPS has truly been the best — caring, professional, and always willing to help.

  Simon was a big help I went in there to mail Amazon returns, then mailed some stuff out to bringing my shredded paper inside to shred thinking I had to go to 3 different places. Simon you made my day 100 times more enjoyable! Great laughs and smile to start out my day ! Thank you

  Very friendly staff! Fast and efficient! I’ve went there on multiple occasions and it’s been like this each time. The lines have been out the door at times but the wait time was not a problem. The team worked together every time to get customers in and out. The manager should be very proud!

  Unsatisfactory and No accountability at store location on July 10th I originally visited the store to ship important medication that must remain cold via 2-day priority service. However, three days later, my family informed me that the package had not been received. I returned to the store to inquire about the issue and spoke with an an African American, employee named Da ---h, who identified herself as the store manager. Upon checking the tracking number, she confirmed that the only available update was "label created," with no further movement. When I asked about possible solutions, she informed me that a ticket could not be opened until the package was delivered. This response was frustrating and concerning, as I paid for a 2-day delivery and expected the package to arrive within that timeframe. Additionally, she mentioned I should have purchased insurance but offered no apology or proactive resolution. This interaction left me extremely disappointed. The lack of accountability and empathy displayed by the representative has seriously impacted my trust in UPS Store services. I hope this matter will be addressed appropriately and steps will be taken to improve customer service moving forward.
