  I was directed to this location to drop off a package through Happy Returns, where this UPS is listed as a drop point. I was rudely told “we don’t know anything about that” and “we can’t help you”. Not sure who is really at fault but annoyed and confused by the condescending attitude and lack of interest helping me

  Angel was very rude when went to pick up my package. I got a text that it was ready to be picked up. When I got there I was told it was there but had not been scanned in. And I was told to come back in an hour. I didn't leave and it took him 5 mins to find my package and scan it in. He said luckily I found your package. This not was not good customer service.

  I came into this location to have some paperwork printed, I sent an email with the PDF attachments multiple times and the guy at the counter told me none of the attachments were present. I sent the email once again for the 4th and he said it finally came. However all the attachments came including the ones that he claimed NEVER came! He rang up $27 which made sense but after I gave him my card the receipt reflected $55 I ask why was it more he said it was in color and this is what you asked for. I went over the receipt and it clearly stated he charged me for $121 copies after I told him what I need verbally and in the email. He stated because the extra attachments came through he had to charge me for ALL of them because that was attached and it’s not there job to confirm if the attachments were accurate and they just print what come in. Mind you I had previously told him what I need. They STOLE an extra $26 dollars from and refused to give back and didn’t let me keep the extra paper that I paid for! I

  I’ve been coming to this store for the past few months and they are always very friendly, helpful, and customer service oriented. Today especially since I had forgot my wallet and only had $5 to cover the cost, thanks to Belinda for helping me with a discount so I could send my mail and envelope on time.

  Fransico is rude and condescending terrible experience. I have been to many UPS stores to get service . He literally shouted at me stating he asked me - if I needed labels which he did not. Subsequently spoke to me as if I am an illiterate. This was a terrible experience and I was unnecessarily embarrassed - yes it’s busy but being rude is not necessary.
