  I came in on Saturday, January 31, 2026, about 2 minutes before close. The UPS worker immediately sees that I am returning an Amazon package and tells me he can't process it because they already turned the computers off. He tells me to come back Sunday. I come back Sunday and there are about 3 people in front of me. The same guy is working behind the counter and he is very slow in processing people's orders. After waiting about 15-20 minutes with a long line developing behind me, I finally make it to the front of the line. He tells me that the printer to process the Amazon return is not working and he cannot process my Amazon return. I tell him that today is the last day I can return the Amazon purchase, and he just shrugs his shoulders and repeats that the printer isn't working and he can't process my order. There is lack of caring and then there is this UPS worker. Luckily, I was able to go the the FM 1960 UPS Store where there was no wait and where the worker was able to process my order in under 30 seconds.

  Their print is NEVER working this is the 3rd time I’ve been in 3 months still haven’t gotten it fixed

  Unfriendly, unapologetic, uncharacteristic, unprofessional. Talk about “make it easier for the customer “…. More like “ don’t ask stupid questions, annoy us or expect us to more than the bare minimum”. Aside from the (saved template response) can you provide an actual management company email that does not go to the actual store where every employee has access to?

  This UPS Store is always clean, organized and with great customer service. I highly recommend this location.

  I had a very upsetting experience at this UPS Store yesterday. When I walked in, I greeted the employee at the counter kindly and in a positive tone. She responded rudely and mumbled, “Do you have an Amazon return?” without looking at me. I politely explained that I was returning a professional camera and lens worth over $5,000 and that there were very specific instructions from Amazon for how the items had to be packaged and labeled to avoid a restocking fee. She took my packages into a back room where I could not see what she was doing. Because this was extremely expensive and fragile equipment, I politely asked if she could please prepare the return in front of me so I could make sure the correct labels and slips were used. She refused and was very dismissive and rude. I did not feel comfortable leaving my equipment there, so I had to go to another UPS Store to complete the return. When I told her I would be contacting corporate and leaving a review about the service I received, she laughed at me. This interaction genuinely hurt my feelings and made me cry. I am always kind and respectful to people, and I did not expect to be treated this way. Customer service should never make someone feel mocked or disrespected, especially when handling such expensive property. I would not recommend this location if you expect professional, respectful service. I hope corporate reviews this situation so this does not happen to anyone else.
