The store is about to close I usually wouldn’t go in this late but it was a quick scan of an Amazon return. I get to the counter he looks me in my eyes and says “YOU HAVE TO HURRY UP I HAVE TO MAKE IT THE AIRPORT”. Remind you I was waiting for the QR code to load on my phone. Also there was a delivery guy working in the store and another customer just walked out, none of the other workers were in a rush. I didn’t say a word to him he then looks back and tell his coworker to finish. Which that same coworker was closer to the register he should have been the one to do it anyways. This is not the first time he has given attitude. Couple weeks ago I told him that an Amazon return that had to be returned together can’t go in separate bags. He did not listen to me and did what he wanted to do . Of course Amazon didn’t return my money because the items were packaged separately I had to call Amazon to fix the issue to get my refund. I understand jobs are firing people left and right lately so I dont like to complain but he has been an issue for months at this location. Just lazy, I will now go to the other UPS location because I usually do not have any issues with the associates. UPDATE I tried to contact the manager of the store to let him know what has been going on with his associate. He hung up on me so I will escalate it to corporate. Hopefully the issues at this location gets corrected.
