    I just got charged $2 to put tape on a box. I had a Amazon return I went in with the QR code that they have to scan and my item was in a box. When I open the box I cut the tape to where the flap opens up and you just fold in the sides and you would put a piece of tape over the middle to hold the two flaps closed. I put the box on the table the lady said they don't have an issue taping the box up for me. She texted box and says a box this size, would cost $2 to put tape on it. I was returning back a luggage that was small enough to fit in a carry-on on a plane so the box could not have been that large. The point is I went to my own car and got some tape and put it on to save $2 but wow if this is UPS policy or this is the local UPS is policy they going to be out of business pretty quick

    Terribly TERRIBLE experience today. September 21, 2025 @11:21 am. Both employees appear either Indian or Iranian. The shorter male was watching the game on his phone. Volume very loud. He went on a rant about My box being too tattered to receive. I let him rant and argue all by himself. Once he was done, i offered to purchase tape and try to tighten the box. I then told him that his game and argumentative energy was wrong. Had he not been so distracted by the game, he could've better represented UPS with the same resolve that I arrived to...because I'm not distracted. But I'm not paid by UPS. I shouldn't have to think FOR him. I paid $7.57 after tax and being yelled at.

    Horrible service not punctual u will not get your packages in time used they won’t care if you do no type of customer service whatsoever all and all they suck!!!!
