  Overall this is a good facility with speedy and friendly service. However, they over-measured the dimensions of the standard HomeDepot paper box, which charged me more than I estimated from the UPS official tool. I asked why but the staff gave me other reasons. I did not realized they played the measuring trick until I paid everything and found the measured dimensions on the receipt. If you mail packages here, pay attention to that.

  The first three times I had a bad experience at this store I said I would never go back but sometimes convenience fosters bad decisions. After yesterday's interaction I am making a vow to never go back and hopefully this post will save you from having a bad day. There is nothing about this place that supports small businesses as they claim on their window sign. The prices are ridiculous as they nickle and dime you for tape, a pen, a print out, etc. The customer service is horrible and female employees seem to be on a mission to be as helpless as possible. I recently fractured my foot and loaded my items from a wagon that I brought with me. They watched as I struggled and never gave it a second thought to assist. The UPS store visits should not feel like I'm an amateur participating in a MMA fight against the world champion. This location will never get my business again.

  Best place to get documents notarized and help sending packages to other ups locations/hold items for you. the staff are helpful and even directed me toward what I need when they couldn't help.

  I just got charged $2 to put tape on a box. I had a Amazon return I went in with the QR code that they have to scan and my item was in a box. When I open the box I cut the tape to where the flap opens up and you just fold in the sides and you would put a piece of tape over the middle to hold the two flaps closed. I put the box on the table the lady said they don't have an issue taping the box up for me. She texted box and says a box this size, would cost $2 to put tape on it. I was returning back a luggage that was small enough to fit in a carry-on on a plane so the box could not have been that large. The point is I went to my own car and got some tape and put it on to save $2 but wow if this is UPS policy or this is the local UPS is policy they going to be out of business pretty quick
