Worse and worse over the years. Decided not to renew my po box. Horrible management currently. Customer service does not exist. Staff is young and disrespectful with poor communication skills. Mistakes are made with no apology even when a fraudulent charge is alleged. Location is privately owned so they don't care if things go wrong. You've been warned.

Please update hours of operations. It says it opens up at 9am and I came at 9:40am to see it still closed. There was an employee outside waiting too. I wish I could have taken a picture.

I came into this location on January 17th to drop off a return package valued at $1,500. The attendant scanned my code and instructed me to leave the package with her at front desk, she did not move it. The package was not sealed, and she immediately walked away to assist another customer. I was uncomfortable leaving it unattended, but I followed her direction.
Four weeks later, I realized package is missing and no traction on tracking. When I contacted the store, I was told that because I no longer have the paper receipt, they will not accept any responsibility. I discarded the receipt because I had the tracking information on my phone and reasonably believed that was sufficient.
To make matters worse, the tracking does not even show that the code was scanned at this location, despite the fact that it was scanned in front of me. The store has refused to investigate, review security footage, or take any accountability.
A $1,500 package has disappeared under their supervision, and they have shown zero effort to resolve the issue. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I will be pursuing all available options to address this matter.
