The damn driver delivered my package to an address that has nothing to do with the destination; maybe he stole my package, valued at more than 800 dollars. They are not capable of helping me with my package, for which I even paid for insurance to deliver it to the correct person. They talk as if they were doing me a favor.

I had to actually stand at fort with box for him to see me ..then not only tht me and another lady waited still for 5 min to be seen ..first customers..then no customer service he first address lady with .do u have your scan code?..(horrible customer service)then now it’s my turn in line in the only one in store he doesn’t address me or anything so I’m standing in line for 3 more min and he says.i can help u when u ready sir…I’m like well I didn’t know if u were busy u didn’t address me at all ..now he seems to have mood with me threw box on floor ..needless to say if ppl don’t have good customer service they should have to deal with ppl thanks ups
