  Don't try to mail anything from here if you get there before closing and there is 1 customer checking out. The girl working told me she closes at straight up 7p and won't help anyone else, even though the person checking out was paying and almost done. Apparently it takes 15 min to check someone out and she can't be bothered to ring up 1 more customer. There was more than 15 minutes left til closing and I just needed to be rung up.

  Great customer service, the staff was very friendly, they help me from start to finish making my packing and shipping experience the best I had at any UPS Store.

  Worst UPS service I’ve experienced. The employee appeared disengaged and offered no help whatsoever with carrying packages. Drop off date: 01/31 @ 10:15AM

  I have been using this location for years and will keep coming back! The staff is fast, efficient and accommodating. The employees here are always happy to help you and figure out the most affordable way to send your packages. Returns are super easy to make and if there is any delay they make sure you have all of the information. If you don't have the packing material they will make sure to offer you what you need. I am moving further away from this location, but will keep coming back because the customer service here is the best!
