When he came in, everyone was waiting calmly with no issues. He immediately told people to move so he could bring his bike through, but he gave no context, wasn’t in uniform, and didn’t communicate clearly. We were confused because we didn’t know he was an employee taking his bike to the back, and he became irritated and visibly annoyed with customers for not understanding what he wanted. After that, he came out from the back with a negative attitude and started telling customers to move around and stand in different spots, even though no one else working there had expressed any problems. The other employees were polite and helpful, but his tone and approach were unnecessarily hostile. On a separate visit, I was doing a return and my label printed too large. Instead of helping, he told me I needed to “print it smaller,” even though customers don’t control how these labels format. If the store wants people to stand in certain places or follow specific procedures, there should be clear markings or instructions. Instead, he speaks to people as if they are doing everything wrong. He has also been throwing boxes around and not assisting customers. Overall, his attitude creates an unpleasant and uncomfortable environment, and it needs to be addressed.
