    Went to the closet ups store to deliver gifts for my family hoping my package would arrive in time before their wedding Elliot Helped me out so much told me he could help make sure it arrives on time He was amazing and very helpful now i don’t gotta worry about my package arriving cause hes helped me out to get the fastest shipping as possible hes amazing and the best yall got a good worker heree

    Warning - Purchased 10 books of stamps and was charged $40 up charge over face value. When realized the overage, went to return the very next day and was told they were not returnable. This is in conflict with the receipt, which clearly states that anything denoted with a NR is not returnable, however stamps didn’t have the NR designation on receipt. Price gouging + not following clearly stated return policy on receipt makes for questionable integrity/ business practices. Was told by store associate that it’s because I could’ve made fake stamps and then be trying to return them. Can no longer support this business, and it was my regular, weekly, mailing place.

    I had a great experience with this store . Gina was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Communication was clear, and my package was delivered on time. I really appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to help with any questions I had. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service!

    Dropped over several items to be shipped in one box and ine of the items did not arrive. I have tried to call the store several times since an have not gotten an answer and they do not have a voice mail system. I was visiting Houston and shipped the items to myself in another city so I can't just drive over and talk to someone. Incredibly frustrating...I was a bit leery as the employee that helped me seemed a bit rude but I wasn't sure if he was having a bad day and I wasn't arguing with him or anything, I guess he's just not good at his job...IDK. Be cautious about shipping items...sticky fingers possibly!

    Unfortunately if you’re being helped by Alex she will give you two different pieces of information wasting your time as if you didn’t come prepared based off her information prior. I came Tuesday to return 3 small amazon items. The needed to be in a box, any sure I had the items boxed. Next, she tells me they need individual boxes; 3 items no bigger than the size of my palm. Ok fine, came back today (Thursday) each palm size package in an individual box and now the box is too small. It’s literally a pair of nail clippers how big of a box am I supposed to use? Yet, Tuesday they just needed to be boxed and now it’s a size requirement. Headache plus waste of time.
