  The Manager Sarah I believe her last name started with an M was probably one of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had at this ups, I was returning some items from Amazon and she told me for bigger boxes I needed to tape the box so I purchased tape to run a 2 foot tape line on the box as I go to place other items on the scale to return she shoved the box off the scale asked if that was it as I had 5 other items in my hand as well I replied now put another one on the scale and she shoved it off again as if she just did not wanna work there then acted as if I wasn’t giving her the scanner to the bigger box i couldn’t lift on the scanner I thought I was helping her out by replying yes that’s the code but she talked down to me as if I was to stupid but she chose to never look at the scanner After replying yes that’s is the code to the box three different times I will let any one go in front of me from here on out just to avoid her rudeness

  I arrived here at 6:30 pm and there was a white guy at the counter. The establishment was already closed, however he allowed a blonde woman to go in. I asked if I could drop off my packages and he pointed to a paper taped to the glass saying they close at 6:00 pm. If you are going to close earlier, please update it on Google Maps as well, and don’t make customers waste their time coming here.

  It says on Google the store is open, but it’s closed. I came all the way here for nothing.
