  They are horrible people they do not know how to work they canceled orders for no complete reason and they do not know how to pay respect to people they do not know how to talk to people so they can fix the issues they’ve created there are some horrible horrible people never ever shop at Staples ever again

  1919 taylor st houston Texas 7707 siempre que vengo a esta tienda de (staples) tengo problemas con la manganer es muy ruda y racista nunca quiere ayudarme cuando le pregunto por un artículo la vez pasada se burló de mí con todas sus compañeras de trabajo porque le dije que no hablaba mucho inglés es muy racista hacer eso de su parte no es ético como manager ni coherente ellas es una empleada más no la dueña de la tienda 1919 Taylor St, Houston, Texas 7707. Every time I come to this Staples store, I have problems with the manager. She's very rude and racist. She never wants to help me when I ask her about an item. Last time, she made fun of me in front of all her coworkers because I told her I didn't speak much English. It's very racist of her to do that; it's unethical for a manager and inconsistent. She's just an employee, not the owner of the store.

  Jeffrey went out of his way to make sure my order printed correctly and was exactly what I wanted. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I will absolutely be coming back for anything media or printed that I need.

  I met Jennifer who helped me with my files that needed to be shredded and she weighed the items in the Marketing area. She was very attentive and talked with a few other customers at the same time. She’s super energetic!

  I had to come on here and do a shoutout to probably the best customer service I have experienced in very very long time. Amarie who was the manager on duty came through!!! I ordered business cards for my nonprofit and I needed them for an event on Monday. I ordered them on Friday and the order stated they would be ready Saturday, but I wasn’t going to go pick up until Sunday to give them extra time if needed. I went to pick up the cards Sunday and the printing area could not find them. The supervisor in that area told me they were not ready and when I asked if he could give me a time or date the would be ready he said I don’t know were backed up and he didn’t know when they could have them ready. He also said the called me yesterday but I opened my call log on my phone and had not one missed call from them. First I will start this supervisor needs to go through a retraining on customer service or replace him immediately! I would never want to do that but not every person is meant to be a supervisor or manager especially when they have 0 people skills. Because how he handled it was just horrible customer service. I can’t imagine how it is to work under him. I have managed several big box chains working as Operations, Store and District manager and I’ve had to go into trouble stores and replace supervisors like this man. He didn’t try to help me, solve the problem NOTHING, he was ok with just cancelling my order. Absolutely ridiculous. I saw I was going to get nowhere with him so I was just going to leave. I was super upset and decided to speak with the manager. That’s when God blessed me and here came out Amarie. She listened, she empathised and she took action. All the things a good manager does. She went over to the printing section spoke with them and they got started on my order. She offered to deliver them to me since I drove an hour to pick up the cards. I was not going to have her do that, so I just stayed around that side of town and she called me when they were done. She really went above and beyond and because of her I will keep using staples.
