  offers “printing services” but i don’t see that. went in before 10am for one sheet of cardstock in color, he said it would be ready tonight. its one page? what the heck is going on?

  Ultimately, there’s a time and place for everything. When a customer walks up, professionalism should always come first and people should feel comfortable and respected. Your store manager Jennifer doesn’t exemplify customer service skills at ALL! I’ve never in my years of patronizing Staples felt like I was an inconvenience while spending my hard earned money. After looking at the reviews I see this isn’t the first time and this has happened to customers while she’s working. I see why Staples stores are becoming nonexistent due to customer service like hers. No accountability from regional managers to go ahead and terminate her NOW! All the complaints on Google is about the store manager Jennifer. What a shame customers have to deal with unprofessionalism and straight rudeness. It’s Christmas time and she’s at work being A BIG ANGRY GRINCH!

  Terribly managed. Attempted to order custom wrapping paper 3 weeks before Christmas and was told it would be ready well before then. After a week, I called to ask about the order and if it would still be ready in time. They said yes and that they would call if it wouldn’t. Another week went by and I call again. This time they said the wrapping paper had to be made at some offsite facility and that it wouldn’t arrive on time. This was 2 weeks after the original order date. Absolutely terrible customer service. I ultimately canceled the order. Fortunately I hadn’t paid yet, so who knows if they would had offered a refund

  45 mins on hold and counting. Could not get in contact with the store to check on my order, this is the 3rd time I’ve called and wanted to see if the phone would ever be answered? This is the closest staples near me and it’s about 35 mins away from me, was trying to call about an order I had placed on the 9th with an expected finished date of the 10th. It is now the 15th so it raised a concern and I would have liked to call to check on that but that’s not possible with this line

  No, I have not received my custom wrapping paper order yet, but I'm writing based on thr customer service call I had with Jennifer. She thoroughly explained why the team is back logged and assured me I would get a notification and call once my order is ready. Working in customer service I understood how this situation must be for her & the Team. I'm excited to get my notification and next time will definitely order with more time to spare. If you are having delays with your order the store is working as best as they can. I've heard from several others that have received their order and they were pleased with the outcome.
