- LMLai MichelleOct 15, 20251.0Thought I was mistaken until I seen the reviews. The first time I called I was not given information for how the process actually worked. I went online and created a profile & did not receive a call. I have plenty of customer service and admin experience mind you & I have been seeing tons of those positions and applied. I called about about 4 times to ask to speak to a recruiter and still haven’t received a call. One of the receptionist was super rude and dismissive and gave me an email of a recruiter. I emailed the recruiter twice with no response. When she finally called me back she left a voicemail as I was on the phone . I immediately called back like 2 minutes later and she ignored it. Since then I left her a voicemail, another email, and have called several times still no one returning my call. I finally spoke to a nice receptionist who transferred me to another representative to leave a voicemail for a call to be returned. Still nothing. I will just look somewhere else this company seems like a scam or maybe they just pick and choose who to call back.
