  Thought I was mistaken until I seen the reviews. The first time I called I was not given information for how the process actually worked. I went online and created a profile & did not receive a call. I have plenty of customer service and admin experience mind you & I have been seeing tons of those positions and applied. I called about about 4 times to ask to speak to a recruiter and still haven’t received a call. One of the receptionist was super rude and dismissive and gave me an email of a recruiter. I emailed the recruiter twice with no response. When she finally called me back she left a voicemail as I was on the phone . I immediately called back like 2 minutes later and she ignored it. Since then I left her a voicemail, another email, and have called several times still no one returning my call. I finally spoke to a nice receptionist who transferred me to another representative to leave a voicemail for a call to be returned. Still nothing. I will just look somewhere else this company seems like a scam or maybe they just pick and choose who to call back.

  This location is horrible. No one follows up and when you call for any updates you are just transferred to a voicemail. All the jobs online ( customer service based) and still no lead. It’s been three months and each time I call it’s a different story.

  Was told I could not be placed for work due to my career gap. Heaven forbid a young woman take time to raise her family.

  Moved from Jersey 4 months ago. Tried calling this location 2 times prior to moving and 4-5 times since. it was only until the 5th damn time with the receiptionist that she gave me something other than transferring to a phone that I 100% sure is manned by nobody and is just the receptionist transferring calls. the other "something" was an email...that lead to nobody named Nick Padgett who I messaged on 08/08/24 and never got one reply back from. This is disgusting because Robert Half in NJ got me my last job and even kept in touch w/ me several times over. and yet Houston seems to be utterly incompetent! I even at one point fed up w/ this crap went down to their office to apply in person for a position, NOBODY IS THERE. no one visible at the front counter, door locked despite it saying their office hours should be open, I dont even think anybody works there I can only imagine its some kind of front. these people suck!

  This experience has been God awful. I feel sorry for anyone who’s going to get Bianca Rodriguez as a Recruiter. She doesn’t return calls, doesn’t care about you or anything you have going on and will just tell the operator to send you to voicemail. I pray no one ever does this to any of her family members or anyone she loves.
