  I’ve called Shante million of times. Left several voicemails, sent emails, even sent her a message via Linked in. NOT one response. Is this what recruiters are for????

  I went online and applied to all the Positions on the website that I qualify for. The requirements are nothing crazy that I apply for none of them required degrees or anything. Exactly what they had as a requirement on their website for an applicant I had on my résumé however, I was never contacted and when I contacted them, I got sent straight to voicemail Once trying to connect with a recruiter. That Recruiter Gina Winters never contacted me back via phone after leaving a message and after about two emails, she was able to email me back about resume, Although I had already submitted several applications. After following up three times via email and two times via phone, she finally emailed me back and said I did not meet the qualifications. I am truly astounded at how AI is consistently sending me job opportunities from this company for administrative assistant and yeah, I don’t meet the qualifications. As a recruiting services, you should at least give people the opportunity to interview so that you can see if there’s something you can help them with. Since you all have direct contact with jobs. I have never heard anyone say I’ve got hired by Robert half and I see why.

  I had a good experience with Robert Half from start to finish. The recruiter was prompt in his response to my interest in the position, speaking first on the phone to give me more information about the job. The day of the interview, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and only waited about five minutes to meet with the recruiter. We talked at length about what Robert Half was seeking in a candidate and then the recruiter was gracious and understanding when discussing my desired career path. I hope to work with this company in the future and grow significantly in the legal field.
