- SMS MSep 3, 20251.0I went the beginning of August, and the machine stated it had not been serviced since June 26 of 2025. I'm disappointed because I thought the water I was getting was serviced at least once a month, but their website says every two weeks. I know it's not primo, but they're representing the brand of water that they're offering. You're not really getting primo water coming out of the primo dispenser. They've sold out to a third party. Read the machine. Although I have tested the water with the meter it has tested better than ozarka water in the bottle. All I ask is to please service this machine. Also you overcharge me 10 cents every time I get 5 gallons of water. It's $2.60 to buy 5 gallons of water. They misrepresent their prices on the machine itself. 👎
