- NNNani N.Feb 23, 20261.0Tried getting in contact with customer service on why I’m being charged again after 6days since my last delivery, and my customer service agent ghosted me. They left the conversation. I’ve been with Ready refresh, then switched to Sparkletts and I believe Primo now for years through the changes and it’s been increasingly difficult. I loved the convenience of water delivery, however it’s not worth the hassle of rising problems in pricing/billing inconsistencies, delivery dates changing (drivers themselves are great, not what I’m talking about here) and not even being able to talk to someone when you have questions about your bill. I use to recommend them to my family and businesses but I can’t anymore. I will be looking for other alternatives.

I’m on a biweekly plan for 2 bottles, yet I now have 8 empty bottles waiting to be picked up and 8 full bottles sitting in my house. When I called to complain, they tried to charge me $20 for an “early pickup” fee. Seriously? There was no refund or compensation when they missed my scheduled service. This is unacceptable. Even the call line lady refuses to hang up early to avoid me giving bad review. What a joke shameless company
