This place is a SCAM. They keep rescheduling my delivery, but yet they are still taking my money. There’s no after hours number for help. STAY AWAY from this company. I keep trying to cancel my service online but now magically the site doesn’t want to work now that I’m trying to cancel.

Don’t do it the drivers are awesome but they steal. I was charged for 2 machines for 2 years and because my account was on autopay I didn’t notice until I called to cancel. Now they are saying they can only give me a refund for 1 yr. So they penalized me for auto pay. I got a ticket number called back a week later after I was invoiced for a service I cancelled. Now she is telling me that they were wrong on the last call and I wasn’t billed for 2 machines even tho I have the invoice to prove it. They steal from their customers. Do not recommend!!!

I wish I could post a zero. I have been patient will this company "has re-organized" but it has been more than a month of missed weekly promised deliveries. I wish I could get back the hours of phone calls and texting that led to nothing. I am researching other water companies. I am in Houston if anybody has suggestions.

STAY AWAY - They went from being the best water bottle delivery service to the worst ever since they were merged with Primo Brands. Now, we can never get a delivery on time. This is now the 10th time in a row where the driver either shows up 3+ hours late or doesn't show up at all. I canceled and looking for a better company that treats their customers better.

One of the worst delivery companies. Difficult to near impossible to get a hold of customer service. Forcing customers to enroll in autopay for services- which gives them free access to charging more and for services that are not scheduled until future months. What is going on in this country? The greed, lack of respect for customers and UnAmerican behavior is mind boggling. Fellow citizens you have been informed.
