I was a customer of Ready Refresh but as soon as they rebranded to Primo Brands the delivery service became completely unreliable and erratic with missed deliveries, constant delivery reschedules and over billing the entire time. Also their customer service is essentially non-existant so any problem you have drags on for weeks and months and becomes a chore to try and get any response from the company. I'd rather drink unfiltered tap water than continue to deal with this company.

I was charged for 2 machines for 2 years and because my account was on autopay I didn’t notice until I called to cancel. Now they are saying they can only give me a refund for 1 yr. So they penalized me for auto pay. I got a ticket number called back a week later after I was invoiced for a service I cancelled. Now she is telling me that they were wrong on the last call and I wasn’t billed for 2 machines even tho I have the invoice to prove it. They steal from their customers. Do not recommend!!!

I wish I could get back the hours of phone calls and texting that led to nothing. I am researching other water companies. I am in Houston if anybody has suggestions.
