  I was recruited by Jonathan Smith from The Reserves Network to join their organization, as they hold the majority of contracts with Gulf Coast Community Association, Inc. Initially, I was skeptical, but it appeared that the organization I was with was a monopoly of temporary contracts. I was employed by GCCSA for nearly a year and a half without benefits, and it seemed that GCCSA controlled the organization rather than the temporary agency. Subsequently, I was terminated due to a lengthy and complex matter that will now be taken to legal action. I intend to pursue a lawsuit against GCCSA and Pridestaff for retaliation. If all parties had been truthful and the contents of the emails/ calls had been disclosed, that would have been the sole determining factor. However, the financial interests of Pridestaff seem to outweigh the well-being of the employees. “Video below is my point of joint partnership. “They fired you” this is the problem GCCSA had me acting like a full time employee just not giving me benefits like one for a year and a half. This is unacceptable.

  Working with Melissa Martinez at Pride Staff has been the best decision I've ever made. The experience was unbelievable and the process was so easy. I stand by the message and totally recommend them to everyone.
