    My damaged Bentley by Mastro’s Steakhouse in Houston, Texas is still damaged. I contact Landry’s Inc. on the damage and they failed to respond. I have visited this Mastro’s restaurant on more than one occasion. I had a reservation on 12/31/25 at 430pm and left my Bentley with valet and it was parked in the front. Around 730pm when I left and requested my Bentley, valet (Alfredo) handed the key to a valet driver to get my Bentley. The driver he handed it to pulled my vehicle out and backed my Bentley directly into a parked Toyota RAV4. Management of the restaurant didn’t even come out not get involved. I called Houston Police and they came to standby and witness valet taking my information and sending me a form to fill out regarding damage to my Bentley. My Bentley was in immaculate condition and has never been damaged but now due to valet recklessly damaging my vehicle I now have rear bumper, rear molding and rear end damage to my Bentley. Valet (Alfredo) informed me Propark Mobility has liability insurance and was be sure to take care of the damage and I expressed my concern with depreciation of my now damaged Bentley as well beyond repairing it. I have yet to hear back from Valet (Alfredo) at Mastro’s Steakhouse, nor anything from Mastro’s Steakhouse Management, nor from Propark Mobility. Valet, Propark Mobility, and management of Mastro’s Steakhouse seem to care less about your personal property. I have not heard back within the 24 hours Valet (Alfredo) informed me of on when I’d hear from Propark Mobility regarding damage to my Bentley. Not to mention, we ordered dessert to go and it was the oldest stalest dessert they had. Plus, the restaurant called three days later to ask how was our visit. Of course it was the worst experience ever especially on New Year’s Eve, to receive a damaged vehicle plus bad food!!! The restaurant staff called offered nothing except to have valet call me!! The GM offered two appetizers and to replace the old dessert, SO NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I expect a call from Landry’s, Inc. on this matter in relation to their valet vendor Propark Mobility.

    I had my wedding at Kemah FantaSea Yacht Charters, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The event was very unorganized, and the service promised in our contract was not met in full. My wedding took place on October 24, 2025, and I have been trying to get this situation resolved ever since. It seems this company lacks empathy and integrity. To be fully aware that they provided poor service and committed a material breach on someone’s wedding day—the most important day of their life—and still choose not to reach out or resolve the matter is absolutely disgraceful. Landry’s Inc told me they would investigate the matter about a month ago, yet I have not received any follow-up or resolution from them. When trying to resolve the issue directly with Kemah FantaSea Yacht Charters, the resolution they offered was inadequate and did not reflect what we deserved. This information was then forwarded to Landry’s Inc for resolution, but no progress has been made.

    Went here for my boyfriend’s birthday and had the worst experience! While eating out appetizers a roach crawled on my arm ! We were immediately going to leave but the waitress said that she would get the manager to TAKE CARE OF US and moved us to another table . While trying to enjoy our entrée, the part that was hot bugs stated flying around and ended up in my food. The waitress took the food away, said that she would have the manager to take care of it. She then brought back more food wrapped in to go boxes and a bill for $75. I didn’t want to ruin the night or cause a scene so I waited until this morning and called to receive a refund because I’m not going to eat this food to go and we didn’t eat anything but half of the appetizers before the roach . They claim they do not do cash refunds so beware of this place ! They want to give you a gift card so you can dine with the roaches again !

    Bubba Gump and Joe's Crab Shack are awesome when dropping in on Galveston. Salt Grass is amazing for the price point compared to the other casual steakhouses in Houston. I would definitely recommend the rewards program; it's a good reward system, and I have never had an issue. The customer service is always welcoming and staff gives amazing recommendations when dining!
