  The saltgrass near the airport in San Antonio is the worst. They used to be friendly and the food was great. They never seem to cook the steaks right. The lady they have managing the restaurant is rude. I have asked for my money back the last couple of times and I have tried several times to reach the corporate office. The cook can’t seem to medium well steak and when you send it back they use the same steak and burn it. I believe the manager's name is Rita. Ray doesn’t seem to know anything. I would like my money back the steaks are expensive and I don’t want to pay for a recooked steak. Once you recook a steak it’s ruined!!!!!

  Landry's Inc was founded in 1980. from a family and friends run company to a conglomerate of restaurants and businesses. The Golden nugget which I enjoy to Bubba gumps. In 2011 they acquired Morton's steakhouse along with Mccormicks seafood and steaks. My experience is also with Morton's steakhouse . I enjoyed this restaurant with my wife unfortunately on valentines day we were overcharged 55 dollars on my bill. I wouldn't of noticed but I'm vigilant and notified my credit card company to do a investigation and notified Landry's Inc customer service. No response has been issued to me and my bank has returned my 55 $ this Morton's was the one on 5th ave. It's a uncomfortable experience but we must stay vigilant.

  T-rex Cafe Buena Vista, fl.This establishment definetly needs a complete restructure from management to staff.As the saying goes honestly is the best policy .Staff stated a 1.5 hour wait for a party of 25 patrons actually ended up to be 2.5 hours .With a party so large with 6 minors and two infants waiting outside in the cold weather any individual would be upset.Hopefully cooperate will read this and listen to the individuals that help build your empire and portfolio.This experience has detoured my family to never return to this establishment and give up our hard earned money .Hopefully your other establishments don't practice the same dishonesty.

  This company has gone down hill big time. No customer service. Management team at Fish Tales in Galveston is the worst and the corporate office will not return calls or contact me. Fish Tales served raw redfish and the manager wouldnt even come to the table. Refuses refund after food poisoning. Not even asking for medical cost or loss of work taken care of, just a refund and the manager at Fish Tales is just rude and dissmissive. Corporate doesnt care enough to even reach out. The landry's name used to mean something. Quality food and taking care of customers. Now it means be careful what you order and hope you dont have any issues because they do not care.

  We have two Landry’s accounts, but we mostly use my husband’s account because he and his friends eat there about three times a month, so he racks up the points on his account fast. I have deferred the points on my account and they still expired on my account. Landry’s took away my points - over $125 just in the last two months alone. Earning points was one of the reasons we kept coming back frequently.
