Jennifer, my sales rep, is attentive, detail-oriented, and always ahead of my business needs—she goes the extra mile to make sure our equipment, supplies, and support are always on point. Their technicians—Monty, Freddy, and Kenny—are top-tier. They know these machines inside and out and handle every issue quickly and effectively. A rock-solid team and a partner you can count on. Highly recommended.

  Stay as far away from this company as possible. My office setup was down for almost three months and they did nothing in return. They would take weeks to return calls/e-mails and they tell you that you are in an unbreakable lease with the equipment and too bad for you. Honestly this is the way you are treated.

  Been under contract for three years. I haven't seen a salesperson for 3 years. My only saving grace has been a technician that knows what she is doing. If you are managing a copy business keep looking.
