  I drove an hour to speak with someone for guidance, the office is closed on a Monday Afternoon. The phone number is an automated national line with no representative to speak with.

  I had a frustrating experience with this recruiter/agency. When I called their number, it didn't connect me to a real person, just some automated system or voicemail. I spoke with several recruiters who seemed interested at first, but after one unsuccessful job attempt (where I didn't get the position), they completely stopped responding to my messages and emails, no follow-up or explanation. When I reached out to ask why I was being ghosted, my account was blocked and I couldn't contact them anymore. This left me feeling like just another number in their system, not a person looking for a job. I wouldn't recommend using them if you're expecting professional, ongoing communication. Your experience might differ, but this is what happened to me.
