    If I can give them 0 stars, I would, due to the fact that the staff ad this Fedex location was highly unskilled in communication, ethics, and service. I went to pick-up my package, since Fedex stated that "we were undeliverable", but the truth is that they delivered to the wrong address. My package stated my name and address in black and white, so I do not understand how the driver was unable to deliver the package, when I have been waiting the entire time for my package. I go to pick-up my packages and received one of my packages, therefore, I asked one of the staff where the rest of my packages were and he stated that it was out for delivery. Therefore, I had no problem with the fact that they were going to attempt delivery again, but I kindly told the staff that was helping me that can we perhaps update the driver the delivery address so that their would be no more confusion. Thus, I continue to describe the delivery instructions to the staff. Then the manager came out and spoke to me stating that their drivers had no confusion and that the fault was mine to blame. I was astonished by the fact that she said that I was at fault and explained to her that this is why I am here to pick-up my package and resolve this issue for future reference, since your driver delivered to the wrong address. The manager felt like I attacked her verbally and took my package back and said to leave or she would call security and the police. Not only that, but the manager also said "from now on you can come pick-up your packages here and we will not deliver any packages to you in the future. After the manager left to the back with my package. I once again attempted to speak to the staff to reclaim my package and I was able to get my package. This Fedex locations staff and managers handled the situation so poorly and made me feel terrible and less than a human. She kept insisting that I leave and constantly raising their voice at me, when i have done nothing wrong, but speak to her in a calmly manner. I believe Fedex corporation should reconsider having that person as manager and adjust the staff or have some sort of service training with customers. No person or I should have felt this harassment, racism from the staff, or such displeasure able service.

    Horrible customer service. Very disrespectful employees. Drivers aren’t any better, dropping off packages at the wrong location and then calling DAYS after they tried to deliver to the wrong location and tell me I’m not at the address they tried to deliver the package to. (Which was the wrong address). More than one occasion where they have been unprofessional and even cursed at me for speaking Spanish.

    I was returning some at&t equipment. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The customer representative was very helpful. I am glad that I chose the SW Freeway at Fondren location for this return. Thank you FedEx!

    AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Skylah is one of the most friendly and helpful employees I’ve ever interacted with. She went out of her way to make sure my package was found. Incredible. Not to mention that everyone else on shift was friendly and helpful especially during the holiday season. Lots of upset customers coming in and always a smile from every employee.

    The most old-fashioned and difficult company to deal with is FedEx. Every time I have a shipment with them, I regret placing the order. They come to your home, knock once, leave a sticker—whether someone is home or not—and then they’re gone. They force you to go all the way to their office to pick up your package, and they refuse to leave it at the neighborhood post office. They really need to restructure their staff and create a much better way of providing service.
