I have had boxes left in the rain on a side of a building, I have had packages that were supposed to be delivered to my door with signature left outside of my leasing office. The funny part, they have the gate codes to get in. It’s also multiple elevators in my building, so the deliveries should be easy. They don’t deliver packages if the leasing office is closed, even though they have all of the needed information. It’s always FedEx! The other day I literally had delivers from Amazon, ups, and usps. Guess who decided not to deliver my packages? Exactly! Just like the other companies also have the same information and they use it. FedEx drivers are lazy! The fact my packages were not delivered first after yall failed twice to even attempt to deliver them speaks on how they don’t value customer service. I am filing a complaint directly with FedEx and the company I ordered from. They can’t read instructions and follow directions.

I’ll avoid using FedEx whenever possible from now on.
