  When here to drop off a package and they said that they are not a FedEx store so I couldn't drop off my package. They were not happy to be there and it showed. I had to find another FedEx that was about 10 miles away to do my drop off. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Stay away from this place if you have "FedEx Store Drop Off"

  If it was your responsibility, in Mexico you never knew that a product made in China was, the problem was that you did not ask me for the Tax number and your responsibility to collect all the requirements, as well as it was your responsibility to ask the brand and country of origin, you did not do it so it is your fault totally, you are the ones who know the rules, the service does not only make the shipment, the service includes delivering to the recipient. So I repeat, it was your guilt for not having a DEBITLY trained PERSONAL.

  RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! i would have got a name but i was ready to get out of there, this lady was extremely rude and told me with attitude i need to slow my mule when i approached the counter and i said excuse me ? and she said you come to the counter when you're told to , and i said well im sorry i didnt see a sign that said so there was no one at the counter when approached and she was extremely unprofessional and i would expect this kind of service at a DMV but fed ex ??! like seriously ? if yall are going to treat the customers like this as if there was a sign then yall need to put one, and when she handed me my package after talking about me with her co workers i didnt say thank you cause im sure anyone reading this would understand why she replies to me and says YOURE WELCOME with a horrible attitude , im not the type of person to write reviews but this was definitely needed and needs to be addressed, i simply replied i hope your night gets better and took this pic as im walking out the door , the time of incident was about 7:50 and remind you they close at 8 maybe she was ready to go home but if you don't like your job THEN FIND ANOTHER ONE !!!! fed ex probably pays good enough to where the customer service should be decent....FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!

  I want to sincerely thank a lady at this FedEx location who helped us receive our long-awaited package. I didn’t catch her name, but her kindness and willingness to help truly made my day. She was incredibly attentive and patient, and thanks to her assistance, everything went perfectly. People like her make all the difference. Thank you so much and many BLESSINGS!
