My package was stolen, and from my ring doorbell camera footage it looked like it was the person who dropped my package off. He had the typical black phone that they use to scan and take pictures of the package and if you look closely you can see that his pants look like the FedEx pants. No one has done anything other than send me random texts about expect your package. This is horrible customer service and I can't believe that you employ people who drop off then steal packages. If I can give you less than one star I would because customer service was horrible and delivery was outrageously horrid.

I watched a mature gentleman come in with 24 boxes to ship and the representative rolled her eyes and stayed in her phone ridiculing him while loading the boxes on the conveyor belt saying “you need to hurry up” , “you need to go to another location I do not want to deal with this”, and after the boxes were all loaded on the belt she then goes to say “hmm we don’t take that many boxes”. I stepped in assisted the gentleman because I can tell he was so flustered with the disrespect he started shaking and couldn’t focus on reading his account information. There was no long line this 12-15 minute interaction only 4 people came in and the other representative had taken care of them. I felt so disappointed.

(((( Fed Ex center at 5200 Greens Rd Houston Texas is the worst.))))) Contacted call center for a re-delivery TWICE TODAY THEY confirmed it would be re-delivered by 5pm today that was a lie. Some person at the center contacted me at 1245pm saying the driver was gone for the day and there wouldn't be a redelivery till Monday between 8-12p..FEDEX PRIORITY ISN'T PRIORITY NEXT DAY FOR HEART TRANSPLANT DRUGS THAT COME FROM A SPECIFIC SPECIALITY PHARMACY I REPEAT THESES DRUGS AREN'T REGULAR DRUGS A PERSON'S LIFE IS JEOPARDY. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WHY ARE THE DELIVERY DRIVER'S DOING THINGS LIKE THIS..
