- BPBridgette Pleasant5 days ago1.0I have an iPhone 12 that was supposed to be delivered yesterday 03/04/2026 to my home. The driver never put a door tag on my door. He never even came inside of my apartment complex. My cameras are all around my apartment and I did not see him on camera not one time entering the apartment complex. He took a picture of the front of leasing office he did not enter the gate to drop the package off in front of my apartment which was number 163 but notated that it was no one there to receive the package when it’s clear as day it says it does not need a signature to receive this package so I decided to go pick up my items when the location open instead of getting FedEx delivery driver to deliver it I believe he tried to steal my iPhone 12 I called customer service and spoke with them and made a complaint about my concern. I was told that my order will be held at the nearest location and I will be able to retrieve it later on this afternoon. Which is 03/05/2026 I’m just waiting on a text saying that my order is ready for pick up. Hopefully this was a big misunderstanding, but I’ve had too many problems in the past with theft delivery drivers. I just do not trust the delivery driver after this incident I’d rather pick up my items if I order something and FedEx is my carrier from this day on
