Heck, my interior door has been open all day, too! This is the third package that has been lost from ordering. I now have to ask the manufacturer to use a different delivery services. Here's a new slogan for you, "FedEx, losing packages and Hope everyday.". Also, Angel, some type of Manager, never called. Thanks for that, too.

All of the local post offices could certainly use them. The parking lot is a little tight and it’s not the easiest place to back out of, especially when they’re busy. But otherwise this is a good location with late hours, even if they aren’t open until 9 PM anymore.

She had a FedEx return barcode provided by TikTok, but the woman who was supposed to assist her kept dismissing her and insisted the item was from Amazon—which it wasn’t. Instead of taking a moment to look at my mom’s phone or listen to her, the employee was rude and unhelpful, which left my mom feeling very upset.my mom does speak Spanish but also understands English and she called me afterward to explain what happened, so I went in later that same day. A male employee assisted me without any issues, and the return was processed smoothly. The woman who treated my mom poorly was named Joyce, and this occurred around 11 a.m. or 12 p.m.What really bothered me was that when I returned, I saw Joyce helping other customers—specifically white customers—with a noticeably kinder and more attentive attitude. I don’t want to jump to conclusions, but it’s hard not to feel like there may have been some bias involved. My mom and the other customer she was dismissive toward were both Hispanic, and it’s deeply upsetting to think that may have influenced how they were treated.
