  Wont be returning to this location or using FedEx going forward. Delia was unhelpful and short. She didn't answer the questions I had about the options available for my package and added paper filler that I did not ask to my package for $4! When I let her know I didn't ask for it she said it has to be in there because the items would move around (which again, I didn't need or ask for). I should have said no and made her remove it and left at that point. I had nothing fragile and breakable. Beware if you bring your own package they have shady practices and will upcharge you for things you don't want or need without telling you.

  Acabo de salir de este FEDEX, y solo queria imprimir unos documentos y me acerque a un TRABAJADOR afroamericano Que estaba desocupado y me dijo Que me ponga en la fila si queria Que el me ayude. Me puse en la fila y me toco con una Americana Blanca y esta me dijo Que si quiero sacar copias, venga mañana, yo le dije en mi poco ingles Que su compañero me dijo Que me ponga en la fila para ayudarme y ella simplemente dijo Que no Que no tenian tiempo para mi. FUI VICTIMA DE DISCRIMINACION POR MI COLOR DE PIEL Y PORQUE NO HABLO BIEN INGLES.. me retire muy triste porque esta gente no me quiso ayudar, yo tenia Listo mi targeta de banco y les Iva a pagar. Esta GENTE SIN CORAZON, INHUMANOS Y RACISTAS. No tienen Perdon de Dios. Yo tratare de poner un reporte a las Autoridades para Que aprendan hacer mas humanos. Aqui les pongo las fotos de estos RACISTAS QUE TIENE FEDEX DISCRIMINANDO A NUESTRA RAZA.   I’ve been coming to this FedEx location for several years to drop off or ship packages, and the staff here have always been polite, attentive, and friendly. Honestly, I don’t understand why this place has such a low rating. Unfortunately, people are more likely to leave one bad review than a hundred good ones, and we start to see that as normal. Be kinder - take a moment to say thank you, even if it’s just with a positive review.

  Joel was the biggest help to two overwhelmed and confused customers. So kind and had great recommendations for things to do around town as a nonlocal as well! Literally my moon tattoo twin and best friend now!

  Saw a review saying “Joel was no help”- pardon me????? that man is great not only at his job, but with customer interaction. he even gave us suggestions on where to go and when i came back twice to print even MORE papers, he helped because the scan and go didn’t work! THIS MAN IS THE BEST. JOEL JOEL JOEL!
