The woman at front was unhelpful and short (borderline rude) and told us she couldn’t take our return of a rug and we should go to Home Depot and wrap it ourselves and come back. Very disappointed with professionalism of this staff and would not use this FedEx again.

Not only did he walk me through some steps over the phone earlier in the day to expedite my order, when I showed up to pick up my items, they were dealing with a really difficult customer and handled it so professionally. And then they continued just handling business and kept orders moving, and got me my rushed items finished up, despite the unforeseen set-backs. They are an exceptional team in there.
