I asked him to put tape on my package—something very simple—and he responded with visible irritation. He placed a tiny piece of tape and then made a sarcastic comment in front of other customers: “You want me to roll the whole thing?” This attitude is disrespectful and completely unprofessional. No customer should ever be treated that way for requesting basic assistance. This was my first time at this FedEx location, and because of this interaction, it will also be my last.

I was going to return an item back to the manufacturer for credit, i had not received a return label yet. I was going to simply pay for the shipping. Janade recommended I contact the seller one more time, and I did; because of this I saved quite a bit of money that was not going to be re-imbursible. Thank you for your patience and for your help.
