The staff is always welcoming, efficient, and helpful. If you are in line they quickly redirect staff to assist you. Whomever is the manager at this location has clearly set the standard for an elevated experience. I have not had this experience (at all) at other locations so will only come to this one. I appreciate this team very much!

However, in this situation when I walked into this particular store, there was a very long line and the line was quickly and easily diffused with amazing energy and service from I’m assuming he is a manager and his name is Brent. Definitely solutions driven helping me with a problem!
- ARAlexander RamirezAug 8, 20251.0i went at around 2pm august 8, walked in with a big heavy box and the person in the front (the manager!) wasnt attentive on where to place it, just staring and mean mugging me. i wanted to send a package and she claimed it had a tear and needed a new box for $30.. i asked if i can place tape over it because the tear is less than half an inch and she said no. Clearly she was trying to sell me a box I didnt need and couldnt take no for an answer. management is incompetent here and rude, never coming to this location.
