I wanted to secure this item myself but when I asked for some tape, they said only they are allowed to use the tape. And I would have to bring my item for them to tape. So if you have something valuable that you want to send and don't want anyone to know about, don't come here

They charged my card and the system froze right after... all they had to say was “ pay again if you want to send your package” seriously no way to cancel or provide me some sort of proof of cancellation... nope let’s not talk abut how rude and lack of ability to solve a simple problem and make the customer Feel taken care! I have nothing more to say then these two have no business being around customers .
