Was told one thing when placing the order but got something TOTALLY different. 1) Was told my pickup time. When I arrived, my order hadn't even been started. I was told they were running late, but I heard the clerks talking - the one started someone else's order due the following day instead of working on mine and then was told that she should be working on mine. :( 2) I paid for enhanced photos as I do not have desktop publishing that would correct the photo. I was charged $8 for that and did NOT get ANY enhancement (unless you count that the photo and everyone in it was blue). :( 3) I had told them I wanted 5x7 photos. A smart person would printed the photo without skewing the picture to make it fit into a 5x7. If someone isn't 10 axehandles wide, don't make them that way! Be smart about this guys! All they did to print 5 photos (11 prints total) was pull up the picture, change to 5x7 and print away. NO Quality Control. NO thought. NO care as to what the customer was paying for and whether THEY would accept it. Just pull up the photo and print. $40 later......I had to redo all but 1 picture. I am so PO'd! Horrible, horrible, horrible place!!! I will NEVER be back!
