When you ask to show you how a machine works she made you feel that you were bothering her. She was not just and indifferent to me, she treated every customer that way . We were there on Saturday, Feb 28 mid afternoo The cost of scanned documents is 55 cents a page. I checked Office Depot near by. Their cost is 25 cents a page and the service was impeccable. After 40 years of trading with them, I will no longer trade with FedEx .

There was hardly any waiting time, the service by the two young men was attentive, efficient, accurate and professional. An excellent facility and my package was sent in a very expeditious manner. Very reliable company with opening hours even on a Sunday. I had occasion to go again today, 3rd March, 2026 for passport photos. Walked in and was greeted warmly and expeditiously by all the staff but especially Sylvia who took care of my task stat with a smile and great humor. Wonderful service in a walk-in situation. So helpful in this busy world! Thank you Sylvia!
