The fact that FedEx management has not yet intervened and rectified this issues is unsettling. This lady is the embodiment of low class and poor customer service. To treat customers rude for now reason because you simply hate your job is ridiculous. I witnessed her be extremely rude to the man in front of me and then shared the same terrible experience. She does not need a job working directly with customers. Put her in the fedex warehouse because she doesn't deserve to serve customers. Pathetic is what she is.
